With Playbook Wizard it’s easy to create multiple versions of the same play for your playbook without needing to draw each play individually.
As an example, take this play where the QB hands off to HB2 after faking a handoff to HB1:
To keep the defense guessing you might want to create a version of this play that fakes both handoffs and adds a pass. Something like this:
This second play was created in less than a minute by simply copying the original play, removing the handoff, and adjusting the Center’s route to receive the pass.
To copy a play use the manage file buttons at the top right play designer. Click the “Copy this Play to a New Play” button and the play will be copied into a brand new play where you can make your edits. Everything about the old play will be copied over including player notes so make sure to change them as necessary to reflect the new version of the play.
After you’re done just save the diagram and publish the play!
(The only limitation to copying plays is that you can only copy plays that you’ve created. Other author’s plays can only be shared.)
