To remove a route and motion right-click on the player and choose Clear Route from the Route menu:

You can also remove the Move to Point action in the script:

The route can also be cleared from the Route menu at any waypoint:

Removing a route will also remove all ball actions associated with that player.  So, if the route in question ended with the player receiving a pass that pass will be removed from the play when the player’s route is cleared.
